Dit ga je doen
Als Category Teamlead Turnarounds and Operations ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren van een inkoopstrategie voor de gehele categorie Turnarounds and Operations. Deze categorie bestaat uit o.a. de periodieke onderhoudstops en investeringen van energiecentrales en andere assets zoals bijvoorbeeld warmtekrachtcentrales, gasopslag en batterijcomplexen. Daarnaast ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor de gehele aankoop van alle maintenance voor deze centrales, bij voorkeur met de juiste partners en het inkopen van de meest complexe projecten. Ook ga jij leidinggeven en het managen van een team van OEM'rs. Binnen Turnarounds and Operations vallen het onderhoud en de investeringen rond onze energiecentrales en Assets.
De huidige categorie bestaat uit een team van 4 inkopers, op verschillende locaties, en jouw positie en zal in de komende jaren een groeiambitie hebben. Met dit team ben je verantwoordelijk voor een groot pakket aan aankopen, waarin ook nog eens een grote groei komende jaren wordt verwacht.

- Academisch of HBO+ werk- en denkniveau, met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Je snapt dat in fabrieken een hands-on mentaliteit key is;
- Ervaring met het bouwen van een succesvolle categorie;
- Aantoonbare inkoopkennis en –ervaring;
- Drive en passie om met een geweldig team succesvol te zijn;
- Je bezit coaching kwaliteiten, maar bent niet vies om zelf je handen uit de mouwen te steken;
- Kennis van energiecentrales/industriële processen is een pre
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor
- De totale categorie strategie en een plan om de groei mogelijk te maken;
- Overzicht en resourceplanning binnen de categorie in lijn met de strategie;
- Het verder uitbouwen van de categorie, het uitbouwen van partnerships en relaties en plannen van de juiste initiatieven, dit in afstemming met de business;
- Stakeholdermanagement extern en intern, je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor senior management binnen de categorie;
- Het uitvoeren van sourcing initiatieven en leveranciersmarkt ontwikkeling;
- Het coachen van het team.

De afdeling Procurement is verantwoordelijk voor de Procurement binnen alle Eneco-bedrijven en is georganiseerd op basis van de volgende Procurementteams: 'Professional Services', 'IT, Innovation and Operations', 'Renewable Heat', 'Renewable Power' en 'Wind Offshore', ondersteund door 'Procurement Excellence'. De Category Teamlead is onderdeel van het IT, innovation and Operations team. Dit team is naast IT en Innovatie verantwoordelijk voor alle zelf onderhouden assets zoals energiecentrales, WKC's, gasopslagen en batterijcomplexen en natuurlijk voor de verduurzaming en uitbreiding hiervan.
De energietransitie is in volle gang, daarom zijn we naast het beheer van bestaande assets, vooral druk met de bouw en ontwikkeling van grote nieuwe assets door heel Nederland. Een groot deel van de energietransitie vindt hier plaats. Het team bestaat uit enthousiaste collega's, die werken volgens onze cultuurwaarden Drive the change, Deliver the plan & Make each other successful".
