Our client is on the lookout for their new Equipment/Yard Manager. Dealing with both old equipment in need of regular maintenance and new gear that needs to be operation-ready. This role will primarily be stationed on the field near Ijmuiden, with occasional visits to the Rotterdam office.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage maintenance programs for equipment, yard, and materials
- Prepare rental gear for projects
- Supervise repairs and general upkeep
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Oversee warehouse activities
- Minimum of a Vocational Technical degree
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the maritime sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Background in the maritime cable industry is a plus
