**Coördinator Strategic Innovation**

Red een Kind is een christelijke, internationale organisatie, in 1968 opgericht in Nederland. Red een Kind geeft toekomst aan kinderen in armoede, hun familie en hun hele omgeving. We werken daarbij samen met verschillende Nederlandse, internationale en lokale organisaties.
Red een Kind zet de laatste jaren grote stappen op het gebied van innovatie. Van een organisatie met mooie ad-hoc successen in innovatieve projecten, ontwikkelen we ons naar een organisatie waar innovatie en opschaling centraal staan in ons denken en handelen. We spreken daarom nu van Strategische Innovatie. We hebben meerdere innovatieve concepten (door)ontwikkeld, getest en voorbereid voor opschaling. Voorbeelden van onze projecten zijn: Empowered to Protect, Build Your Own Buddy (BOB) en Integrated Farm Planning (PIP). Maar we willen niet stoppen bij enkele innovatieve concepten; ons doel is om voortdurende innovatie te bevorderen in onze organisatie en onze projecten.

- iemand die het beleid rond Strategic Innovation beheert en handzame tools aanbiedt aan collega's om dit te vertalen naar de praktijk?
- degene die een voortrekker kan zijn in het bouwen van externe relaties en netwerken rondom het thema strategische innovatie?
- iemand die co-creatie vooropzet?
**Jouw werkzaamheden**
De coördinator Strategic Innovation is het gezicht voor innovatie binnen en buiten de organisatie, en kan het innovatieprofiel van Red een Kind hooghouden. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met interdisciplinaire teams in Nederland en het buitenland om nieuwe mogelijkheden te identificeren en innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van innovatietrajecten om goed te 'falen' of tot het bereiken van Proof of Concept met de benodigde 'evidence'. Tevens verken je nieuwe kansen, bouw je aan stevige relaties en behoud je overzicht van het portfolio aan innovatieve projecten. Je ondersteunt het team Institutionele Relaties in fondsenaanvragen die innovatieve elementen bevatten.
Als Coordinator Strategic Innovation rapporteer je aan de Manager Expertise & Innovation en ben je hoofd van de werkgroep Strategische Innovatie met deelnemers uit alle afdelingen en landenkantoren van Red een Kind.
**Jouw profiel**
- een relevante afgeronde hbo
- of wo-opleiding;
- affiniteit met de ontwikkelingssector en de noodhulpsector;
- gedreven, integer, initiatiefrijk, zelfstandig, ondernemend en stressbestendig;
- je bent proactief in het verkennen van kansen;
- ervaring met het opzetten van pilot-projecten voor innovatieve ideeën, het ontwikkelen van een proof-of concept en het begeleiden van innovatietrajecten;
- Gedreven in relatiemanagement en netwerken. Het is een pré als je een eigen netwerk hebt opgebouwd;
- kennis van institutionele donoren en hun werkprocessen is een pré;
- uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal; beheersing van het Frans is een pré;
- in staat zelfstandig te werken en ook in teamverband goed kunnen functioneren;
- bereid om soms naar landen te reizen waar Red een Kind werkt;
- net als onze andere medewerkers leef en werk je vanuit het christelijke geloof.

- flexibele werktijden en een goed thuiswerkbeleid. Omdat we het onderlinge contact belangrijk vinden werk je ongeveer vijftig procent op kantoor;
- een groen reisbeleid, waarbij alle OV-kosten worden vergoed en OV-reistijd werktijd is;
- een salaris van 3.544 tot 4.946 euro o.b.v. fulltime (36 uur) contract conform de CAO Sociaal Werk (per 1 juli vier procent). Tevens bieden wij je goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3 procent, een laptop en een vergoeding voor een thuiswerkplek.
