The Role

:


As a Financial Administrator within Sunrock's finance department, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and project administration of our solar parks.

This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly influence our efficiency and success.

Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

:

  • Full responsibility for the financial administration of various entities within Sunrock.
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing payments and managing financial transactions and records.
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables and liabilities (accounts receivable/accounts payable management) and maintaining customer and vendor relationships
  • Handling VAT returns, processing salary journal entries, and maintaining intercompany reconciliations.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely followups on outstanding receivables and liabilities.
  • Participating in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings, and supporting external audit processes
  • Collaborating with team members on continuous process optimization and participating in adhoc financial projects.

What You Bring To The Table

:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial administration or a related field.
  • A Background in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with financial software, particularly ERP systems, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
    Proficiency in
    Dutch is highly advantageous.

  • A detailoriented, goaldriven approach, with a keen ability to introduce structure and efficiency within a scaleup environment.
  • Proactive and confident in proposing new ideas, with a strong interest in process automation and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
