Functie- Perform comprehensive data analysis and heavy lifting from various business units globally
- Oversee finance, accounting, and performance management
- Ensure structured followup with country operations, maintaining high performance standards
- Manage monthly closings, cash flow planning, and budgeting
- Implement global cash pooling and transition finance systems due to acquisitions
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in international operations.
- Capable of close coordination with CEO, CFO, and Global Finance Director.
- Proficient in financial reporting, cash flow management, and performance management.
- Experience with Exact Finance systems and global cash pooling preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally and manage crossborder complexities.
