Het betreft een opdracht met een inzet van36 uur per week. Wat ga je doen?Als Medior Support Engineer ben jeverantwoordelijk voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning aangebruikers. Je lost hard- en softwareproblemen op, begeleidtgebruikers bij het gebruik van ICT en reist soms naar anderelocaties in Zeeland voor fysiekewerkzaamheden.
  • Ondersteunen vangebruikers
  • Oplossen van hard- ensoftwareproblemen
  • Het registreren vanincidenten en bijhouden van de inventaris vanIT-middelen
  • Kennisoverdracht en trainen vangebruikers
