Het Delft Center for Systems and Control (DCSC) coördineert de onderwijs- en onderzoeksactiviteiten op het gebied van meet- en regeltechniek aan de TU Delft. Onze onderzoekers doen fundamenteel onderzoek dat uiteindelijk leidt tot innovaties waardoor bijvoorbeeld artsen betere zorg kunnen bieden aan patiënten met nier-, oog- en pancreasziekten of de schoonmaak van onze oceanen door onderwaterrobots automatisch kan worden aangestuurd.

We zoeken een ervaren managementassistent, die energie krijgt van het werken in deze internationale en dynamische omgeving. Samen met twee collega management/office assistenten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de secretariële en administratief-organisatorische ondersteuning van de afdeling. De cultuur is open, collegiaal en behulpzaam zijn naar elkaar. Je bent onderdeel van een hecht team. Samen bieden jullie de administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning aan de gehele afdeling. Binnen het secretariaat hebben de huidige twee management/office assistenten, naast de algemene ondersteuning van de afdeling, ieder een eigen aandachtsgebied. Jullie zijn daarbij elkaars achtervang. Jouw aandachtsgebied wordt de ondersteuning bij de afhandeling van financiële zaken en bij praktische organisatie van afstudeerzittingen en wetenschappelijke bijeenkomsten.

Wat dit betekent? Het maken van inkooporders, verzorgen van de facturatie, betalingen aan derden, controleren van reisaanvragen en declaraties, bestellingen doen, etc. Je beheert de gezamenlijke e-mail inbox. Je helpt studenten, collega's en externen op weg met uiteenlopende vragen. Je straalt vertrouwen uit en gaat zorgvuldig om met gevoelige informatie. Moet er een student afstuderen, dan organiseer jij de ceremonie en stelt de kandidaat gerust. Ook ben je actief in de organisatie van kleine en grotere bijeenkomsten en symposia met internationale wetenschappers. Je denkt proactief mee en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.

Functie-eisen

Wij zoeken iemand die autonoom én in teamverband kan werken. Iemand met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel die zich niet gek laat maken. Je houding is professioneel en dit straal je uit in je werkwijze en contacten met anderen. Je bent iemand die het verschil maakt. Daarnaast vragen wij:

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. Bijvoorbeeld een afgeronde (M)HBO Schoevers opleiding of een secretariële- of administratieve opleiding.
  • Stevige kennis van Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel en PowerPoint).
  • Aantoonbare beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Een beschikbaarheid van tenminste 32 uur per week. We geven er de voorkeur aan dat de nieuwe collega tenminste 4 dagen per week aanwezig is.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Een salaris dat is gebaseerd op schaal 7 uit de CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten met een minimum van € 2.630,00 en een maximum van € 3.636,00 bruto per maand op basis van een volledige werkweek (38 uur), plus 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%.
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling via het ABP.
