We are currently looking for a seasoned Laboratory Manager to oversee our esteemed Master Lab located in Boxmeer.

Your Role as a Laboratory Manager:

  • Lead process improvements using Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
  • Cultivate a strong safety culture emphasizing health and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with other Nutreco labs for knowledge sharing and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • Demonstrated leadership in laboratory management.
  • Proficiency in Lean principles and process optimization.
  • Strong networking, safety commitment, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
