• As an IT Project Manager, you will work from our client team ITDP (Data & Projects) on various projects requested by the business to oversee. Sometimes the client is Operations, while other times it may involve an HR project.
• Together with 3,000 proud colleagues, we are dedicated to our mission: 'building the world's most sustainable and top-quality airports'.
• With around 30 professionals, we act as IT Project Managers for business-initiated projects. You will be supported by a process lead, content lead, and people lead.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in complex IT projects that encompass software, hardware, outsourcing, tenders, and sometimes all at once. Your role is to connect the Netherlands with the rest of the world, and the approach you take to achieve this is in your hands. At Schiphol Group, we rely on your talents such as your determination and perseverance. You will utilize your skills as an IT Project Manager to achieve the following objectives:

• Managing the process while also immersing yourself in the subject matter. When necessary, you will drive the process and manage projects using the Prince2 methodology.
• You start with a project mandate and then engage with the business. As the driving force, you will assemble your project team and define the goals to ensure mutual success.
• Reporting progress to the steering committee and ensuring proper expectation management.
• At Schiphol, we have a diverse stakeholder landscape, and you must enjoy understanding all those varied interests and adapt your project leadership style accordingly.

For this role, you display an interest in others and maintain composure even under high-pressure situations. Additionally, you possess:

• A completed HBO education.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar complexity and dynamics.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with methods such as Prince2 and/or IPMA.
• The ability to navigate easily across all levels of the organization.
• The skill to interpret diverse interests well and translate them into concrete actions.
• You thrive on the diversity of your projects and how they impact day-to-day operations.
• The capacity to seamlessly transition between different projects at various stages of progress.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.

• € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Scale 12).
• 8.33% fixed bonus at the end of the year.
• An NS-Business Card that fully covers public transport travel to and from work.
• 14.4 diversity hours, allowing you to take (extra) leave on a holiday of your choice.
• Participation in the ABP pension fund.
