- Assist the Manager in daytoday operations, including staff management, guest relations, and administrative tasks.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a smile.
- Help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hostel.
- Pitch in wherever needed to ensure the hostel runs well
Requirements:
- A people person with a passion for making others feel welcome and valued.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not essential we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment.
