Financial Controller

Je ziet toe op de juiste vervaardiging van (periodieke) journaalposten en bent in control over relevante standenregisters en checklists voor financiële administratieve handelingen (betaal- en facturatie opdrachten en interne verrekeningen). Je draagt bij aan het beheren, implementeren en (door)ontwikkelen van onderdelen van de planning & controlcyclus.
Je beheert de bestandstructuur en de gezamenlijke mailbox van het F&C-team.
Je ziet toe op de inkoop van diensten die via het faculteitsbureau lopen en zorgt voor de juiste contractvorming.
Je hebt ervaring met software zoals: SAP, Excel, Power BI, Teams, Word en Outlook;
Je hebt minimaal een hbo-opleiding op administratief en/of bedrijfseconomisch terrein;
Je kan je goed uitdrukken middels een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
We bieden een fulltime dienstverband voor de periode van één jaar met een proeftijd van twee maanden. Bij gebleken geschiktheid wordt het tijdelijke contract in een vast dienstverband omgezet.
