Wat je gaat doen?

Als onderdeel van onze groeiende global mobility services team geef jij leiding aan compliance medewerkers. Je zorgt dat het aangifteproces voor onze klanten het hele jaar op rolletjes loopt en managet alle aspecten van het aangifteproces, zoals: overleg met specialisten bij onze buitenlandse member firms en klanten over de autorisatie van het services proces, planning van aangiftewerkzaamheden, bijhouden uitstelregeling, communicatie met klanten, assignees en de belastingdienst rondom het aangifteproces, eindreview van opgestelde aangiften vanuit het compliance team, voortgangsrapportages opstellen en bespreken, procesoptimalisatie van ons globale aangifteplatform en coaching van het compliance team in hun vaktechnische en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Jij bent sterk in processen. Je hebt een uitstekend cijfermatig inzicht, een praktische en flexibele instelling en bent accuraat, analytisch en proactief. Uiteraard is jouw Engels mondeling en schriftelijk uitstekend.
- Ervaring_
Je hebt een afgeronde hbo of wo-master Fiscaal recht en/of Fiscale economie. Daarnaast heb je mínimaal acht jaar werkervaring op het gebied van expats of de internationale fiscale praktijk. We geven de voorkeur aan een (fulltime) beschikbaarheid van mínimaal 36 uur per week.
