Who are we

Spryng is an ambitious and accessible company, founded in 2006 and based in the heart of Amsterdam.

As an SMS provider for the business market, we provide our services worldwide to companies in all possible sectors, enabling them to reach their customers easily and efficiently.

Think of a message about what time your purchase will be delivered to your home, an appointment reminder from your doctor or dentist, a login or verification code to log in securely or a discount code from your favorite store during a sale.

SMS? That may not sound very sexy but don't "swipe us to the left" and read on. After all, our young (whether in age or spirit) ambitious team, with whom we enjoy having drinks and outings, works for us with great pleasure for a reason so there may be more to SMS than you think

Because we don't just sell SMS, we really sell a solution to our customers for their (communication) challenges.

Our clients (from KLM, DHL and Coolblue to the bicycle repair shop on the corner) experience process optimization, cost and time savings and even an increase in turnover by using SMS.

But it's not just the SMS that ensures this, our other functionalities such as a Voice solution, products for two-way communication and an email2sms function also contribute to this.

We also recently added Whatsapp to our product portfolio and are working on RCS & Mobile Connect.

So plenty of new projects We are currently experiencing tremendous growth both at home and abroad and therefore we see (even) bigger(er) market opportunities in the near future.

Tasks

What will you be doing?

At least don't make coffee or make copies. Unless it's your own coffee ;-)

This is because at Spryng, as an intern, you will participate as a full team member. It's for a reason that many interns stay at Spryng alongside/after their studies.

During the internship you will work on the following three components for the German team: sales, support and/or marketing. If you are involved in sales, you will be given the opportunity to engage by bringing in potential customers.

You will regularly be on the telephone or e-mailing to find out the wishes and needs of a potential customer and responding to these needs.

Providing support means assisting our support staff via chat, telephone and e-mail, giving our customers correct information and answers to any questions.

If you are involved in marketing, you will be helping to strengthen and expand both the name 'Spryng' as our network worldwide and increasing our online visibility.

Social media plays an important role in this and you will be responsible for writing and designing posts. Next to this you will be carrying out market research, discovering product niches and help where needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to take active part in meetings, training sessions and brainstorming sessions. You will perform the above tasks from our office in Amsterdam.

Who are you?

  • Native speaking German
  • Willing to move to Amsterdam for your internship (and an adventure)
  • Available for 5 days a week
  • You can start on september 2nd and will stay with us for 5 months
  • A team player, willing to learn and willing to have fun with colleagues :0
