THE ROLE:
To control, monitor, and/or execute an assigned part of the continuous production process according to schedule and quality standards. The work is performed in shifts, and you will be part of a shift team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Vocational level or equivalent

  • Languages:
Dutch (preferred), English (mandatory) or Polish
Safety-conscious behavior

  • Working according to HACCP guidelines
  • Flexible attitude and deployability in all occurring processes
  • Deployable in any possible shift composition (1/2/3/4/5)Deployable across different locations and departments of the company.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Perform tasks according to work instructions within both production and packaging departments
  • Resolve minor malfunctions.
  • Report production issues to the Operator/Lead Operator.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw and auxiliary materials and packaging materials.
  • Check the quality of semifinished/finished products through visual assessment and report any deviations.
  • Clean/disinfect equipment and machinery.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations (according to HACCP and IFS).
  • Be aware of standards and regulations regarding quality, sustainability, (food) safety, working conditions, and environment, reporting any issues to the Operator/Lead Operator

SALARY:
€2299 to €2881 (bruto)
