Responsibilities:
- Encouraging and supporting initiatives from residents to enhance their living environment.
- Evaluating initiatives, providing guidance, and assisting with necessary processes.
- Acting as a central point of contact for initiators and professionals.
- Facilitating the implementation of community projects.
- Removing bureaucratic barriers and supporting residents effectively.

Requirements:
- Handling incoming initiatives and assessing feasibility.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external parties.
- Coordinating promotional activities for projects.
