Taken
In jouw functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het A tot Z organiseren en coördineren van Road freight-zendingen. Binnen het bestaande team, word jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de hedendaagse operationele activiteiten. In deze belangrijke functie onderhoud jij contact met klanten, leveranciers en agenten in buitenland, geef je leiding aan een team van mensen welke verschillende operationele taken uitvoeren. Tot je werkzaamheden behoren onder andere het organiseren van zendingen, het rechtstreeks boeken van ruimte bij agenten, het opstellen van benodigde documentatie, het bijhouden van Track & Trace en het uiteindelijk rapporteren aan je leidinggevende manager. Naast je dienstverlenende en leidinggevende kwaliteiten beschik je over commercieel inzicht om zodoende marge verhogend te werken.
**Taken**:
- Van A tot Z organiseer en coördineer jij zendingen van wegtransport samen met je team
- Het verzamelen van alle verplichte documenten en informatie om een zending te behandelen
- Creëren van documentatie (o.a. CMR) volgens de regels
- Het opmaken van hard kopie en digitale bescheiden voor elke zending
- Afhandelen van aanvragen voor klanten
- Zorgen dat uitgaande zendingen bekend zijn
- Boeken van zendingen bij Onze Road Freight Partners
- Opslaan van alle zending verwante kosten in een systeem met naam Sprinter 3000.
- Klant informeren over zending tot het moment van aankomst
- Dagelijks correct afhandelen van werkzaamheden
- Opvolgen van aanvragen van de Douane
- Rapporteren van onregelmatigheden aan de leidinggevende manager
- Signaleren en rapporteren van kwaliteitsproblemen aan de leidinggevende manager
- Geven van updates aan klanten over hun zending
- Het regelmatig verzorgen van duidelijke interne communicatie om de zending van de klant zo goed mogelijk te verwerken
- Zorg dragen voor de naleving van het arbeidsvoorwaardenreglement en bedrijfsreglement
- Communiceren met je team over het verzorgen van zendingen in geval van problemenJe blijft in overleg met je manager om creatieve oplossingen binnen bedrijfsprocedures en processen toe te passen. Hierin ben je vrij om passende oplossingen aan te dragen. Proactiviteit is dus een "must"
