Your Job

Group-wide material change must be managed efficiently to meet internal and external deadlines in a structured way. This involves being in charge of bank-wide License to Operate change programs currently and forecasting future programs.

How? Here's an overview of the tasks:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and engage all stakeholders in executing regulatory and Building Foundation change programs, providing subject matter expertise and advice
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization for Regulatory Core and Building Foundation change programs within the organization
  • Prepare input and facilitate regular discussions with relevant governance bodies (ExBo, Regulatory Committee), including monthly updates to ExBo and quarterly updates to the Supervisory Board and European Central Bank
  • Propose interventions to relevant governance bodies proactively to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor progress of Regulatory Core and Building Foundation change programs, identify and address impediments
  • Manage key dependencies between various change programs and maintain alignment with the Strategic Portfolio Management Team in the COO domain
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to identify opportunities and expedite regulatory compliance. Plan and facilitate Regulatory Execution Team (RET) meetings
  • Conduct learning sessions to enhance awareness and commitment to regulatory change execution

Working Environment

You will be part of the Regulatory Execution Team (RET) consisting of 6 members from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. You will collaborate with ExBo members/Extended Leadership Team, Grid Owners, colleagues from all defense lines, and external stakeholders such as the European Central Bank.

  • Highly developed organizational sensitivity. Can engage with senior management effectively
  • Interest in regulatory and organizational change landscape
  • Affinity with Credit Risk, Model Risk, and Data Management
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for reports and interactions with stakeholders
  • Proven track record in mobilizing people
  • Experience in change management
  • Autonomous, able to challenge the status quo
  • Strong focus on learning and development, passion for team growth
  • International work experience is a plus

- The gross monthly salary is based on a 36-hour work week, inclusive of vacation pay and benefit budget.
- Benefit Budget amounts to 11% of your salary, allowing you to access additional employment benefits.
