Job Description:

  • Comply with chemical product regulations worldwide
  • Develop robust knowledge of EU and Asia Pacific regulations to guide business
  • Support the development and management of systems to meet the company's regulatory, legal and ethical obligations with respect to safe use of Penn Color products
  • Leverage Underwriters Laboratory's (UL) Worldwide Environmental and Regulatory Compliance System (WERCS) and Illuminator / List of List (LOLI) databases and work processes to support product stewardship activities to meet the needs of our internal and external customers
  • Generate regulatory compliance statements (e.g., FDA, EU Food Contact, NSF, Cosmetics, Toys, etc.) in response to customer requests
  • Manage and direct compositional and regulatory information for inbound raw materials and products to the proper system to enable the creation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels (product, inplant and laboratory) for Penn BV site.
  • Perform global notification activities, EU REACH, GB REACH, Turkey REACH and Korea REACH obligations for our global operations.
  • Work as part of a team to address product stewardship and regulatory issues
  • Other duties as assigned
