Join our team as a manual packaging operator Your main task will be executing the clinical labelling and packaging process following standard operating procedures. The labelling and packaging activities take place in room temperature conditions, with some products requiring handling in cold room conditions (2-8 °C). You will be part of a high-performing team of 5-7 operators working during the day shift (08:00-16:30) to ensure that every patient receives top-quality clinical medicinal products consistently. Accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility are crucial components for success.

What will you do daily?

  • Running a clinical packaging operation based on standard procedures
  • Seeking enhancements and efficiencies in work processes
  • Handling escalations when necessary
  • Owning all tasks and outcomes in your area
  • Completing all training as per the plan and deadlines
  • Managing batch-related logistic processes

What are the requirements?

  • Prior experience in a manual packaging environment, preferably Pharma or GMP/GDP
  • Driven by quality and performance
  • Competent and adaptable to a complex manual packaging setting
  • Comfortable working in an international context
  • Preferably familiar with SAP/MES
  • Possess a Continuous improvement mindset for your role
