Magnetic Line (Direct Maintenance), a dynamic international line maintenance service provider with an EASA Part-145 approval, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager to join our team at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.

As a key member of our Commercial department, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our client base within a fast-paced, international and operational environment.

Since 2019 we are part of the Magnetic Group.

What
You'll Do**:

  • Focus on cultivating and extending longterm relationships with airlines, fostering a collaborative and solutionoriented approach.
  • Optimize our existing customer portfolio and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Champion strong communication and collaboration between business units, ensuring seamless internal processes within Sales.
  • Be a pillar of stability, bringing structure and a resultsoriented mindset to our growing team.

Who You
Are:

  • A seasoned professional with HBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience in similar role within the aviation industry. Experience within MRO/line maintenance is an advantage.
  • An effective communicator with excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • A master of MS Office, particularly Excel, and possess a natural affinity for IT systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives under pressure and in dynamic environments.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
  • You have a strong personality, a quick wit, and a keen eye for detail.
