Waar ben jij goed in?
Je bent goed in het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een klein team. Op basis van de beschikbare data en cijfers ben je in staat bij te sturen. Je zorgt voor de roosters en beheert de instellingen van ons reserveringssysteem. Je vindt het leuk om medewerkers in te werken en te coachen. Heb je ervaring in het geven van trainingen dan is dat helemaal fantastisch
Een operationele rol past je goed, want je werkt gewoon mee met het team, zo weet je goed wat er speelt en heb je goed inzicht in waar zaken nog beter kunnen. Samen met je team neem je de reserveringen aan voor alle restaurants via alle mogelijke kanalen. Voorstellen voor verbeteringen horen we graag van je.
Wanneer er een lastminute reservering binnen komt, schakel je met de desbetreffende locatie en bespreek je samen de mogelijkheden. Omdat helaas niet alles altijd goed gaat, ben je ook verantwoordelijke voor een goede klachten- en schadeafhandeling. Jij bent in staat dit prettig en goed af te wikkelen, zodat de gast toch tevreden is.
Om deze functie succesvol in te kunnen vullen is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerst.
Wat ga jij doen?
Als Supervisor Guest Support ben je het visitekaartje van Restaurant Company Europe en zorg je er samen met jouw team voor dat de gast altijd vriendelijk en gastvrij wordt geholpen.
Restaurant Company Europe (RCE) is een restaurantgroep met prachtige horecaconcepten zoals Loetje, Stan&Co, Beers & Barrels, Happy Italy en met mooie toekomstplannen in het vooruitzicht. Met meer dan 75 locaties en bijna 3.000 medewerkers zijn wij de grootste restaurantgroep van Nederland.
Het Guest Support team helpt gasten met vragen, maakt reserveringen voor gasten en handelt klachten af. Als Supervisor stuur je de medewerkers aan in de dagelijkse operatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inwerken en coachen van nieuwe medewerkers.
Als meewerkend Supervisor zorg je ervoor dat het team gemotiveerd is, op de hoogte is van last minute wijzigingen en bied je ondersteuning bij complexere vraagstukken. Ook let je constant op de cijfers en stuur je bij waar nodig om geen enkel telefoongesprek te missen.
De afdeling is 7 dagen per week van 9.00 uur tot 21.00 uur bereikbaar, het is daarom belangrijk dat je ook af en toe 's avonds en in het weekend beschikbaar bent. Je vindt het leuk om een team te coachen, te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren.
