As a DevOps Engineer, you will:
  • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Windows servers.
  • Handle database administration activities, including performance tuning and backups.
  • Implement security and vulnerability fixes for Windows servers and databases.
  • Write and debug stored procedures, functions, and SQL scripts.
  • Work with Azure DevOps and Git repositories for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Build and release CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create T-SQL scripts for releases and patches, and manage IIS certificates.
  • Create production baselines and manage IIS certificate installations.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Academic working and intellectual level.
  • Broad experience with the IT landscape in the financial sector, with a preference for experience in compliance topics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, and SAFe in the ICT sector and financial services.
  • A good grasp of enterprise architecture landscapes and how solutions fit within that environment.
  • A helicopter view, overseeing a wide domain and understanding the consequences of design decisions.
  • Willingness to get involved in complex analysis and implementation questions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management, business experts, developers, and other team members.
  • Excellent writing skills for documenting approaches, test results, and conclusions with substantiating arguments and evidence to withstand compliance, audit, or third-party scrutiny.
  • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English.
