FUNCTIE | INTERIM DIRECTOR

As the interim director, you will collaborate with the Administrative Division Saba and the Department of Community Development to establish a future-oriented organization that caters to individuals distanced from the labor market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing work-related facilities that align with individual goals;
  • Ensuring healthy living and working conditions;
  • Implementing programs for individuals with reduced capabilities;
  • Guiding individuals towards paid employment with suitable working conditions and fair wages.

The revamped SRF aims to offer labor market support, protected placements, and skill development programs, benefiting the entire target group and elevating language education to enhance residents' employability.

PROFIEL | REACH FOUNDATION

As an interim director, you will address challenges related to organizational image, income levels, and budget constraints to achieve SRF's objectives successfully. The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Extensive experience in change management;
  • Strong managerial background with a focus on social development companies;
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English with a proactive approach towards community engagement.

PROCEDURE | THE PROCEDURE IS FOCUSED ON A GOOD MATCH
