Introduction to the role

The Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector aims to coordinate improvement programs at ASML, prioritize based on customer and business impact, and oversee execution across sectors or with internal resources. Emphasizing end-to-end processes, this role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer value creation.

We are seeking a Portfolio Officer to support BPI Portfolio Managers in planning, analyzing portfolio information, and enabling effective portfolio management processes.

Role and responsibilities

As a Portfolio Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate Sector portfolio intake for insights on portfolio status, resource allocation, and benefits forecasting
  • Identify and address resource-related challenges impacting portfolio execution
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and team sessions
  • Proactively seek improvement opportunities for business value enhancement
  • Maintain portfolio management documentation and decisions, ensuring follow-up on actions
  • Contribute to enhancing the Portfolio Management community's skills
  • Engage in Strategy & Portfolio enhancements to streamline annual & quarterly processes
