**Waar gaat deze rol over?**:
Als Country Manager voor Nederland bij Bondora, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de soepele uitvoering van reguliere landactiviteiten, met de nadruk op het vergroten van het zakelijk volume en het verbeteren van onze waardepropositie, terwijl je zorgt voor de winstgevendheid van de Nederlandse markt.

**Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn**:

- Het bereiken van strategische doelen om de netto winstgevendheid op landniveau te verhogen (d.w.z. verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de winst
- en verliesrekening).
- Het organiseren van de dagelijkse samenwerking tussen de Marketing-Risico-Product teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de volledige focus ligt op het verbeteren van de prestaties van het land.
- Het verbeteren van land-specifieke productaanbiedingen.
- Het coördineren van deal
- en contractonderhandelingen namens Bondora met alle derde partijen die diensten aanbieden voor de Nederlandse markt.
- Het opstellen van langetermijnplannen en financiële plannen voor de Nederlandse markt.
- De belangrijkste woordvoerder zijn om Bondora in Nederland te vertegenwoordigen.

**Wat zou succes in deze rol verzekeren?**:

- Minimaal drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van een kredietproductlijn binnen de consumenten kredietsector in Nederland.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met een bewezen vermogen om cross-functionele teams te leiden en te motiveren, en een samenwerkingsgerichte, prestatiegerichte organisatiecultuur te bevorderen.
- Vaardigheid in het volgen van winst
- en verliesrekeningen en het opstellen van nauwkeurige financiële prognoses en plannen.
- Zelfverzekerdheid in het werken in een snel veranderende, kwantitatieve en doelgerichte omgeving.
- Vloeiendheid in Engels. Beheersing van het Nederlands voor marktinzichten zou nuttig zijn.
