This is a high-end solution-oriented position where you will be a member of the organization's Technical Support ; Do you want to work on cutting-edge technology for a worldwide organization that is rapidly expanding? Responsibilities : French Speaking - Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)In this role as the Technical specialist, you will support customers with detailed technical calculations, sizing of equipment, and product recommendations to optimize the conveyance of products in the Conditioning Platform (spirals, coolers, tunnels, etc).

As the technical Support Specialist, you will provide support on strategic projects in the Conditioning Platform by
Performing detailed calculations and analysis;
Troubleshoot issues in these critical applications by phone or e-mail;
French Speaking - Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum of 2 years experience in an environment where you help people with your technical knowledge;
Bachelor's level in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering;
Experience in technical customer support on-site is highly desirable;
Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks);
Professional level of French with advanced communication skills in English.

The Offer :

French Speaking - Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)The salary range for this role is EUR 3000 to 5000 per month based on full-time work, depending on your current knowledge and experience.
