Als Senior medewerker Customer Support ben jij de brug tussen onze klanten (intern als extern) in de Doe-Het-Zelf, Professionele en E-commerce sector, ons salesteam en verschillende interne afdelingen. Door direct contact te hebben met klanten en accountmanagers, ben jij de motor achter het perfect uitvoeren, bewaken én verbeteren van processen en zorg jij voor heldere communicatie, zowel intern als extern.
Verder heb jij oog voor continue procesverbetering en deel je proactief ideeën binnen de organisatie en zorg je zelf voor een goede uitvoering hiervan, terwijl jij samenwerkt met het team om een kleurrijke cultuur te bevorderen. Bovendien zul jij een transformatieve rol vervullen binnen het team, waarbij jij actief streeft naar een positieve verandering en groei, zowel op individueel als op teamniveau. Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:- Dagelijks beheren van het Order to Cash (OTC) proces, bestaande uit 70% operationele taken en 30% projectuitvoering.
- Het begeleiden en trainen van (nieuwe) medewerkers en het assisteren bij gecompliceerde vragen met alle collega's in het team.
- Leidende rol in projecten, coördineren, rapporteren en analyseren zonder hiërarchische bevoegdheid.
- Rapporteren van klachtenverwerking en bewaken van deadlines, evenals het definiëren, uitwerken en opvolgen van actiepunten om de klachten zo laag mogelijk te houden.
- Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde deadlines en KPI's.
- Leveren van rapportages en dashboardinput met betrekking tot het OTC proces.
- Communicatie en afhandeling van financiële jaarafspraken met klanten, ketens en franchisenemers.
- Uitvoeren van dagelijkse systeemcontroles in diversen computersystemen en het opvolgen van eventuele IT storingen.
- Coördineren van alle Marketing en Sales promoties om een succesvolle uitvoering te garanderen.
- Deelname aan diverse meetings, operationele projecten en zorgdragen voor overdracht naar betrokkenen.
- Zorgen dat alle activiteiten binnen de lijnen van de wereldwijde compliance regels verlopen.
- Bij gebrek aan relevante werkervaring: WO-niveau.
- HBO-opleiding in Commercieel/Communicatie/Administratief + minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Customer Service/Sales/Logistiek.
- Vaardigheid met administratieve computersystemen zoals ERP, CRM, SRM, en Microsoft 365.
- Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden, accuraat, analytisch, proactief, commercieel, resultaatgericht, en planmatig ingesteld.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Engels (B1) als Nederlands.
- Cijfermatig inzicht en controlefunctie, gewend aan dagelijkse deadlines en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Werken volgens de 9+ organisatie richtlijnen en klantgerichtheid.
- Passie voor verbetering vanuit organisatie- en klantperspectief.
- Commerciële en logistieke kennis van alle kanalen en afspraken met derden. Bij voorkeur ook financiële affiniteiten.
- Boven het gemiddelde aantal vakantiedagen (46 dagen).
