As a Coördinerend Begeleider, you will be working at the Stationsweg in Breukelen, a wonderful place for individuals with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and LVB+. Two houses, De Boerderij and Het Zomerhuis, are located at our site, where you will play an essential role. Het Zomerhuis offers 6 residents studios with a cozy common area. De Boerderij accommodates 9 residents in spacious apartments, creating a warm and homely atmosphere.

• Your Responsibilities
  • Together with your colleague Coördinerend Begeleider, you will be responsible for the daily support, coaching, and guidance of our clients. You motivate and inspire your colleagues, ensuring the implementation, progress, and quality of care.
  • You take the lead on clients' personal plans, working closely with the client, their network, the personal supporter (PS), and the behavioral expert. This multidisciplinary field extends not only within Amerpoort but also externally, where you establish strong partnerships with other organizations.
  • You guide clients using the presence approach, naturally providing clarity, structure, and closeness. You enjoy employing the 'Give me 5' method.
• What We Offer You
  • A gross monthly salary of min. € 2821.00 and max. € 3938.00 (FWG 45) for a 36-hour workweek.

• Your Qualifications
  • You have a keen eye for the residents' needs, driven by your passion to assist others. You understand precisely what the caregivers at your location require to satisfactorily perform their duties.
  • As part of our team, you will participate in the shift schedule and also have office days.
  • Further qualifications include: Hbo-level work and thinking and a relevant completed mbo education in healthcare (at least level 4).
  • Several years of relevant work experience in supporting clients with intellectual disabilities and experience in coaching team members.
  • The ideal candidate possesses good listening skills and can identify issues constructively.
  • Availability for day and late shifts (sleeping shifts are not mandatory but possible).
