At APP, we are the top producer of ignition systems for European space rockets.
In our cutting-edge facility, we design, produce, and test rocket igniters, parachute mortars for space use, and various gas generators for land applications.
If you are prepared for a new challenge where you can lead diverse teams, here is your chance. As a Project Manager at APP, you will oversee the entire life cycle of rocket ignition systems.
- Team management: Oversee our internal project team, including purchasing, design engineers, technical specialists, and production staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
- Stakeholder management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Project execution: Ensure tasks are completed within budget, on schedule, and meeting requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular financial, risk, and opportunity updates to the Management Team.
- Optimization of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Processes: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Innovation: Drive the implementation of innovations in products and processes to reduce costs, shorten delivery times, and enhance quality.
- Customer Interaction: Prepare and negotiate quotes with customers for mutually beneficial agreements.
Functie-eisen:
Your Qualifications and Abilities:
Technical Background: A technical education at the Bachelor or Master level, ideally in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Applied Physics.
Experience: Relevant project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.
Certification: Possession of a project management certification like IPMA / PMI is advantageous.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
