The Test Area & Safety Engineer is a highly motivated, pro-active team player with excellent communication and technical skills in the area of Safety Engineering.
Who enables, secures and improves a safe work environment and Human Safety within TMF.The Test Area & Safety Engineer has a good understanding of National/Local Safety Regulations (Netherlands:
Arbo directive and Machine directive), takes ownership over Test Area's and improves the collaboration with critical safety related stakeholders (like EHS, TAM and CRE).
Support the Test & Measurement Engineer to conduct testing in a Safe Working Environment by creating and maintaining safe & efficient labs.
Keep track and propose improvements of test areas efficiency.Take lead in changes and upgrades of Test Area's and facilities.
Controls the administration of documents, procedures of Test Area's & supports the Test Equipment validation.
Supervising the Test Area and Personnel for compliancy with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) & TMF safety regulations.
Comply to culture within the team, according to ASML valuesEnsures lean (5S+1) mindset within Test Area's
Education and experience Bachelor of Science / Master of Science in preferably in Safety Engineering or Technical background, with several years of similar safety related Test-Area & Safety experience.
Team player to enable team collaboration and shared deliverablesI am seen as a safety expert/advisor of the team
