Wij zijn het onderhoudsteam van Janssen Biologics, ons team zorgt voor de productiemiddelen van de Janssen Biologics productiefaciliteit. Wij verbeteren de betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties, faciliteiten en gebouwen op onze site in Leiden. Bij onze kerntaken zijn veel partijen betrokken, zowel intern als extern. Het waarborgen van de gezondheid en veiligheid van onze patiënten, onze medewerkers en onze omgeving is een belangrijk speerpunt van het onderhoudsteam.

Naast onze productiefaciliteit in Leiden wordt er momenteel gebouwd aan een nieuwe Janssen Supply Chain Lentiviral Vector (LVV) productiefaciliteit in Sassenheim, Nederland, die zal worden georganiseerd als een nieuwe business unit voor Janssen Biologics (JBV). Deze productiefaciliteit voor biologische geneesmiddelen moet een belangrijke leveringsoptie worden voor commerciële LVV ter ondersteuning van het wereldwijde Janssen BCMA CAR-T-programma voor multipel myeloom, een ziekte die jaarlijks ongeveer patiënten treft.

**Wat is de functie?**:
Als Onderhoudsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor gepland onderhoud en oplossen van storingen binnen de gestelde tijd en volgens de Janssen-procedures. Binnen het team werk je samen.
met teamleden om de fabriek draaiende te houden. Het technische aandachtsgebied zal primair
mechanisch (WTB) zijn, maar ook instrumentatie en elektrische activiteiten kunnen deel uitmaken van je taken.

**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**:

- Repareren en onderhouden van technische installaties, systemen en apparatuur
- Testen van technische installaties, systemen en apparatuur
- Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen
- Toepassen van mechanische kennis
- Geven van advies vanuit de specifieke deskundigheid m.b.t. storingen en onderhoud

- MBO3/4 Allround technicus focus gebied WTB of gelijkwaardig
- Kennis van de verschillende elektrotechnische bedrijfsnormen (NEN3140) is een pre
- Affiniteit en ervaring met veiligheid, met name op het gebied van toezicht en het aanspreken van personen
- Ervaring met de oplossing van technische storingen
- Ervaring in GMP gereguleerde farmaceutische industrie is een pre
- VCA-vol is een pre
- Engelse taal machtig
