Uren: 32-40 uur per week

Als FP&A controller maak je deel uit van Group Control van Total Care (de holding van CSU, Tzorg & Zizo). Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor een breed spectrum aan strategische thema's die voor Total Care relevant zijn. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met de Raad van Bestuur en de verschillende directieteams. Samen met jouw collega's ben jij o.a. De spin in het web als het gaat om de planning & control cyclus, en zijn jullie het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de CFO als het gaat om uiteenlopende onderwerpen. Je bent in de lead bij M&A trajecten (waaronder DD), neemt deel in verschillende projectgroepen waarin jouw financiële expertise goed van pas komt en kunt fungeren als sparringpartner van de verschillende stafdirecties.

Dit ga je doen als FP&A controller

  • Periodiek de Raad van Bestuur voorzien van managementrapportages (zowel financiële als niet financiële kpi's), daarover adviezen geven en de daaropvolgende acties uitzetten en monitoren
  • Het opzetten, controleren, consolideren en bewaken van ons omvangrijk budget- en forecasting proces
  • Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviezen geven in diverse overleg organen binnen de organisatie
  • Groepsbrede diepte analyses op strategische thema's van Total Care, variërend van een duurzaam mobiliteitsbeleid tot de financiële impact van het verzuimbeleid
  • In samenspraak met de financieel directeuren van CSU en Tzorg en de Manager Group Control oplossen van complexe financiële vraagstukken in de organisatie
  • Bijdragen aan fusies en overnametrajecten
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor diverse overlegorganen zoals RvB, Directieteam

CSU zet jou voorop

Dit krijg jij als FP&A Controller bij CSU:

  • Verdien tussen €4300,- en €6200,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltimecontract. Krijg daar bovenop ook 2,5% keuzebudget en een waarderingstantième tot 6%.
  • Een auto van de zaak of mobiliteitsvergoeding.
  • De beschikking over een NS business card
  • De mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken. Je krijgt daarvoor alle benodigde middelen: laptop, telefoon, thuiswerkwerkplek.
  • Werk je fulltime, dan krijg je 26 vakantiedagen en 6 atv-dagen.
  • Voor later wacht je een prima pensioen bij Stichting Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het Schoonmaak- en Glazenwassersbedrijf.
  • Ons programma "Fris in je werk" met bijvoorbeeld korting op verzekeringen, gratis sporten en een fietsplan.

Jij brengt mee als FP&A Controller:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in een soortgelijke functie op het gebied van FP&A
  • Bij voorkeur een financiële opleiding gevolgd (control, accounting, bedrijfseconomie)
  • Jij hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen, een fijn oog voor detail en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk. Als FP&A Controller kun je met verschillende afdelingen samenwerken op verschillende niveaus en kun je ingewikkelde informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen. Maar je weet ook anderen aan te zetten tot actie als dat nodig blijkt te zijn.
