With an enthusiastic and motivated team, our IVF center named Center for Child Wish (Cvk) was opened on February 1, 2021 in Purmerend. The core is the complete fusion of the lab and clinic, not only in terms of location but also in training, education, and daily interactions. The Center for Child Wish provides care with dedication, patience, and compassion, always keeping one goal in mind: a healthy, living-born child. Giving everything for new life is our motto. The center is open 7 days a week for all fertility treatments including IUI, IVF, and ICSI.

Due to the expansion of our center, we are looking for 3 or 4 fertility doctors for 2024 and 2025, totaling 2.2 fte.

As a fertility doctor, you are jointly responsible for daily guidance of patients with fertility disorders. This means that you ensure the proper execution and monitoring of the diagnostics and treatment of sub-fertile couples. In the context of ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF treatments, you perform ultrasounds, inseminations, follicle aspirations, and embryo transfers. We work with LSFD.

The atmosphere within our ambitious top clinical team is excellent, we have open communication and appreciate a good sense of humor and perspective.

We expect you to actively participate in policy discussions, non-patient related tasks, and education for interns. Additionally, we engage in national fertility studies, but are increasingly focusing on our own scientific research, so experience and affinity in this area are a plus. In addition:

• You are a Fertility Doctor, preferably with practical experience in performing egg retrievals and transfers. Enthusiastic junior doctors with an interest in reproductive medicine are also encouraged to apply;
• You have the ability to work on weekends on a rotating basis;

• The employment conditions for Dijklanders are regulated in the Hospitals' Collective Labor Agreement, the salary corresponds to job group FWG 70 (minimum €5,348.00 and maximum €7,862.00 gross per month on a full-time basis). In addition to your salary, you are entitled to an annual bonus, holiday pay, and a well-structured pension scheme through PFZW.
• These are appointments for a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of a permanent contract thereafter. Appointment and start date are subject to negotiation and depending on experience.
• The locations of the Dijklander Hospital are easily accessible by car and public transport. Your base will be in Purmerend.
