Introduction to the job

We are looking for experience Supply Chain Coordinator in Integral Demand & Supply department within Sales & Operational Execution team with focus on Inventory Management. The role will have contact with different internal stake holders. Will be responsible to coordinate and ensure that the job is done within short timeslot. Next to that you will define and implement improvements you see in your daily operation. Last but not least you will participate in cross sector and cross business line projects. Main focus of the work will be link to efficiency improvements in inventory management like e.g. reducing inefficient inventory, over-planned inventory, excess & obsolescence inventory. You can expect to work with many stakeholders from following domains Plan & Deliver, Sourcing & Procurement, Product Life Cycle Management, Customer Support, Business Line, Repair & Re-Use, Finance and IT within ASML. The role is position within Plan & Deliver organization in the Integral Demand & Supply team.

Role and responsibilities

In this job you will:

Orchestrate and implement data driven action plans to proactively manage over-planned materials. Develop and execute weekly review of top 20 excess and obsolescence parts. Participate in breakthrough projects for inventory optimization according to the ASML project methodology. Identify process improvements, prioritize, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Stakeholder management. Ensure continuous engagement and commitment of key stakeholders to deliver and take ownership of improvements. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Best Practice Sharing: Identify and promote best practices to drive standardization and efficiency across ASML sites.

Education and experience

MSc level in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or comparable 5+ years relevant work experience in Supply Chain Experience in stakeholder management Experience in driving change Experience in project management
