Wil jij werken op (internationale ) en interessante projecten zoals de ontwikkeling van medicijnen en de bouw van superjachten? Als project consultant heb je één van de meest gevarieerde beroepen.
Wij doen vanuit WerkTalent alle werving voor de traineeship van Primaplan en hieronder staat beschreven wat je kunt verwachten;

Dit ga je doen:

Jouw traineeship bestaat uit 1 maand ; de eerste maand staat in het teken van opleiding. Introductie in projectbeheersing, netwerkplanning en tooltrainingen staan hierbij op de agenda. Een praktijksimulatie maakt ook onderdeel uit van jouw eerste opleidingsmaand. Na deze maand word je verder gecoacht bij ons op kantoor en/of bij een opdrachtgever zodat je je kan ontwikkelen tot volwaardig project professional. Daarna word jij verder gecoacht op kantoor en/of bij de opdrachtgever zodat jij jezelf ontwikkelt tot een volwaardig project professional. Wat ga jij doen?

  • Je krijgt een opleiding van 1 maand waarin je gaat leren hoe je moet werken aan Project Planning
  • Ze gaan je leren hoe je moet gaan werken met Project Planning tools zoals Primavera en MS Project
  • Je gaat leren hoe je advies kan geven over de opstart-, voortgang- en afronding van verschillende projecten
  • Je gaat leren de voortgang te bewaken en analyseren van de projecten. Jij ziet waar adequate aanpassingen worden toegepast zodat de einddoelstelling bereikt wordt kan worden
  • Jij houdt de tijdsplanning, kosten, middelen en de kwaliteitseisen.
  • Jij gaat voortgangsrapportages opstellen en analyseren, genereren en archiveren van rapportages en overige project gerelateerde taken

En tot slot: jij bent onderdeel van één van onze expertiseteams op het gebied van project control.

De opdrachtgevers van Primaplan zijn gevestigd op verschillende locaties in Nederland. Bij Primaplan hebben ze projecten lopen in de provincies Zuid-Holland, Noord-Holland, Brabant, Utrecht en o.a. Gelderland dus waar je woont is niet heel belangrijk . Wel zal je het traineeship op het kantoor van Primaplan in Capelle aan den IJssel volgen en zal je hier 1 maand een opleiding genieten. Vervolgens gaat Primaplan op zoek naar een passende eerste opdracht in de buurt van jouw woonomgeving.

De opdrachtgevers van Primaplan zijn actief in onder andere de (petro)Chemie, Offshore, GWW / Bouw&infra (o.a. Rijkswaterstaat, Prorail), Engineering, Opslag en (zware/farmaceutische) Industrie. Voor haar opdrachtgevers verzorgt Primaplan project planning/control in de breedste zin, men verzorgt onder andere een accurate, flexibele planning die zorgt voor kostenbeheersing/besparing en een tijdig/volledig afgerond project.
