Missions

Mission générale :

L'architecte Solution est chargé d'assurer une garantie fonctionnelle et produit auprès des équipes, Prodware et client, en charge d'intégrer un ERP. Il ou elle est le référent d'un modèle métier en relation avec l'ERP et à ce titre apporte et maintient un niveau de connaissance auprès des équipes. Il ou elle participe aux projets d'intégration pour lesquels il ou elle est le garant de la construction des bonnes bases de la solution à mettre en place. Il ou elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Ressource Manager et avec les directions de projet.

Missions détaillées :

Conseille et apporte les préconisations sur la solution à proposer en regard de son expertise auprès des avant ventes. Participe à des missions ponctuelles d'expertise auprès des clients, et/ou des équipes projet, et/ou des équipes avant-vente. Conseille les équipes d'avant-vente dans l'évaluation des charges à venir sur son domaine. Participe en avant-vente comme témoin de retour d'expérience similaire et/ou comme conseil autour de son modèle métier de référence. Préconise et conseille sur les choix à retenir sur la mise en place de la solution en regard des best practices du modèle métier et des limites du produit. Est le garant de la solution globale en regard des besoins et attentes client. Propose lors de la phase d'analyse les orientations à prendre afin de s'assurer de la conformité de la solution (respect des performances, respect du standard, ...). Alerte la direction projet des risques inhérents au projet. Préconise et conseille les consultants lors des rédactions des spécifications fonctionnelles en optimisant les fonctionnalités du standard. Contrôle la pertinence des scénarii de tests. Participe aux instances de gouvernance du projet (comité projet voire comité de pilotage). Participe aux réunions de validation des plans d'édition en relation avec son modèle métier de référence auprès du responsable Edition Prodware de l'ERP en question. Est aux côtes du RM pour définir le plan de montée en compétences. Est en réassurance auprès des consultants.

Veille

Maintient son expertise et sa connaissance sur le produit en relation avec son modèle métier de référence.

Animation formation

Forme l'équipe projet sur les grandes lignes du modèle métier à mettre en place lors du lancement interne du projet. Propose au Ressource Manager les plans de formations en relation avec son modèle métier de référence.

Reporting

Assure un reporting projet vers le Directeur de projet Assure un reporting régulier vers le Ressource Manager

Profil

Profil Recherché :

De formation Bac + 5 Ecoles d'ingénieurs ou formations universitaires Informatique Une expérience d'environ 5 années dans la mise en place de système d'information de type ERP. Une réelle expertise métier associée à une forte connaissance produit ERP Faire preuve de réelles qualités d'analyse, de compréhension afin de construire et de sécuriser les solutions mises en place.
