What
role will you play?

Are you
passionate about crafting the future of leadership? Join us as a dynamic Global
Head (f/m/d) of Leadership Development in our People & Organization team.
You will be instrumental in designing, managing, and implementing the
leadership strategy for Siemens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and encourage a highly
    capable and diverse team, while also serving as an influential inspiring
    leader on leadership practices beyond traditional organizational
    structures.
  • Drive alignment and
    collaboration with key partners within Siemens, including Senior Leaders
    in the various Siemens Businesses, the P&O ecosystem and external
    partners, to ensure the successful implementation of our leadership
    vision.
  • Take the lead in implementing
    the ambitions of the P&O Strategy, particularly focusing on
    initiatives such as "Leaders who Transform" that will shape
    leadership across Siemens.
  • Guide the team in developing
    and driving talent development and pipeline programs, ranging from early
    talent initiatives to comprehensive leadership programs.
  • Lead all aspects of the
    creation and dissemination of leadership content tailored to Siemens
    leaders at all levels, impacting all individuals.
  • Orchestrate central initiatives
    focused on leadership and talent development to ensure Siemens remains at
    the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Educational
Background:

Showcase educational excellence with a relevant Master's or higher degree.

Work
Experience:
Many
years of extensive professional experience in talent and leadership
development, ideally within a global organization.

Leadership
and People Management:
Proven skills to lead and encourage a diverse team, cultivate a positive
and inclusive working environment, and efficiently manage performance and
development.

Talent
Development:
A
strong background in designing and implementing talent development programs,
including leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and
competency frameworks.

Strategic
Thinking:
The
capacity to think strategically, identify emerging trends and challenges, and
translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

Partner
Management:

Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key
partners on all levels of the organization, as well as external partners and
industry influencers.

Data-Driven
Decision Making:
Understand
how to use data and analytics to inform decision making, measure the impact of
initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

Change
Management:
Shown
expertise in driving organizational change and transformation, including the
capability to navigate complex environments and overcome resistance to change.

Communication
and Influence:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
articulate a compelling vision, engage and inspire others, and influence
decision-making processes.

Global
Perspective:

Experience working in an international environment or across diverse cultural
contexts, with an understanding of global leadership trends and standard
processes.

Learning
Agility:
A
commitment to continuous learning and development, with drive to adapt to
evolving business priorities, technologies and industry dynamics.
