Quality Engineer – Netherlands - Eindhoven

This role is based in our Eindhoven site in The Netherlands, where you will be a vital part of our Quality team.

Why You

To be successful as our Quality Engineer you will have experience applying quality regulations and standards (preferably, ISO and establishing quality systems. You will have strong analytical, problem solving and organizing skills as well as experience in change control and failure investigation environments. You will have excellent attention to detail, be well organized and able to work independently as well as working collaboratively as part of the team.

Your experienced to date will include nonconformance and root cause investigations and participation in Quality Management Core processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoying building relationships with internal stakeholders and functions.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality support and leadership to the Eindhoven site operational departments, peer and junior functions within the EMEA team. Provide quality engineering support throughout the product life cycle. Participate in investigations and ensure findings, risks, recommendations and outcomes are appropriate and are clearly documented and communicated through the required and applicable processes and systems Support local and regional reviews of process performance such as Complaint management, nonconformances, supplier performance and CAPA. Trend, analyze, and report on quality data in order to improve product and process. Working with internal customers in understanding Quality processes and requirements and reporting outward correctly to both internal metrics and customer. Apply experience and knowledge of regulations and standards to manage risks and guide actions independently Develop recommendations based on data analysis Provide management with status updates on assigned responsibilities and goals and escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Preferred Educational and Experience Background:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and some related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
