The PRC Department Manager contributes to highest realization performance by providing all needed resources in the right capability and availability, by driving towards and effective usage of these and by continuously developing them further to ensure an effective and efficient execution of the corresponding business processes. Responsibilities:
- The PRC Department Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Effective provision and optimizing the utilization of all resources in cooperation with Business Execution.
- Continuous improvement of the capabilities of all resources as needed to meet the process requirements especially ensuring that assigned employees are trained and qualified to do their duty and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility.
- Developing the assigned employees in their professional career.
- Ensuring that all relevant knowledge is maintained up to date in the relevant documentation and systems.
- Communicating on a regular base to employees general ROSEN topics such as business status, organization, strategy, etc.
- Safeguarding Corporate policies and applicable work procedures are followed especially also that IT systems are used in a correct manner and supporting collaboration that data in our systems is correct and up to date.
- Driving business independent general applicable standards and procedures (e.g. 5S) and supporting business specific standards and procedures.
- Effective & efficient achieving of specified targets.
- Performance-driven: sets, exemplifies, and holds others accountable to high standards.
- Leading by example and teamplayer. Create an inspiring atmosphere within the team.
- Manage broad team with different functions.
- Lead and close collaboration with workgroup lead for Proposal specialists.
- Collaboration various business lines and stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical.
- Ability to improve PRC processes & systems in relation to changing environment.
- Leadership.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Strategic.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and train team members, set clear goals and strategy, monitor progress towards goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience.
- Inspection of critical industrial assets to ensure reliable operations of the highest standards and effectiveness
- Customized engineering consultancy providing efficient asset integrity management
- Production and supply of customized novel products and systems
- Market-driven, topical, state-of-the-art research and development yielding "added-value" products and services
