Dentons' Notary Services practice is ambitious and growing rapidly, offering a great opportunity for candidates to expand their skills and immerse themselves in an international work setting.

To enhance our team, we are in search of a Junior Candidate with a focus on Civil Law. We provide practical and high-quality tailored solutions.


Our team spans various sectors and works closely with specialists in our Amsterdam office, such as Real Estate, corporate, and tax lawyers.


Our civil-law notaries support Dutch and international investors, private equity funds, developers, real estate funds, banks, and other financial institutions, as well as family offices and individuals with significant wealth.

We have multiple openings for individuals with an interest in corporate law and/or real estate law.

We possess vast experience in advising on transactions both nationally and internationally.

Regarding corporate law, our civil-law notaries assist with mergers, reorganizations, establishment of specific forms of cooperation, among others.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Notarial Law
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Commercial awareness and solution-oriented
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
