Located in Lieshout, North Brabant, the Bavaria bottling plant is conveniently situated near Helmond, Eindhoven, and Veghel.

Job Description

We are seeking production workers to join our team at the Bavaria bottling plant.

Responsibilities:
Operate state-of-the-art machinery to fill cans and bottles. Troubleshoot malfunctions alongside team members. Conduct quality checks to ensure proper packaging and labeling. Facilitate smooth shift transitions through effective communication with colleagues.

As you start, we provide approximately four weeks of training, tailored to your previous experience and the specific machine.

Shift Schedule at the Bottling Plant:
Early Shift: 06:00-14:00
Late Shift: 14:00-22:00
Night Shift: 22:00-06:00

For shifts between 18:00 and 06:00, you will receive an additional shift bonus on top of the hourly wage starting at €13.27.

Requirements
  • Technical aptitude or experience in production/machine operation
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
  • Full-time availability in July and August for 3 shifts
  • Immediate availability
  • Access to personal transportation
Job Benefits
  • Starting gross hourly salary of €15.06, including bonuses
  • 150% extra shift bonus for shifts between 18:00-06:00
  • Salary increase after 26 weeks
