As a management trainee at DSV, you'll not only become a specialist in your abilities but, more importantly, in your thinking. In addition to upgrading your professional skills, you'll also boost your soft skills and growth mindset. You'll be actively involved.

How will you achieve this? You'll follow tailored training programs while gaining practical experience. You'll get to know yourself better, learn to communicate effectively, aren't afraid to make mistakes, and dare to step out of your comfort zone. You'll achieve this by:

working in various departments within DSV, such as engineering, warehousing, freight, sales, and customer service. Are there other departments you find interesting? We'll adapt your traineeship accordingly; participating in the gamechangers program. By attending courses, masterclasses, and training sessions, you'll gain valuable tools, insights, and support that will give you an edge now and in the future; developing and implementing proposals and initiatives; networking. Both within your region or your location, and on a (inter)national level.

Your team stands out within DSV because we see you as the future of DSV. Many management trainees have preceded you and now hold positions such as operations manager, site manager, or project manager.

When I started as a trainee at DSV, I knew one thing for sure. I wanted to grow within logistics. In about 5 years, I advanced from Management Trainee to Site Manager, says Joey Teunisse, Site Manager.

You bring

at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, economics, or a similar field; interest in the logistics sector and a desire to develop further within it; fluency in English, both spoken and written; a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness, and ambition.

In addition to your direct supervisor, you'll be supported in a coaching manner by the Senior Manager or Director of your region.
