Je werkt samen met je (internationale) marketing-collega's aan het verbeteren van de social ad performances en het opstellen en implementeren van een paid social strategie. Je collega's uit andere landen zijn jouw klanten, want als paid social-specialist ben jij een soort 'agent'. Je verbetert onze zichtbaarheid op sociale media, analyseert het gedrag van potentiële klanten en test advertentieteksten, landingspagina's en video-advertenties. Je richt advertentiecampagnes in en meet de resultaten. Jouw bevindingen en best practices rapporteer je aan internationale TOPdesk-stakeholders en field marketeers.

Als Paid Social Performance Marketeer verbeter je samen met je lokale collega's 11 internationale LinkedIn Ads-accounts en de Meta Ads accounts, bovendien experimenteer je met nieuwe kanalen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onze strategie voor Gartner Digital Markets en onze experimenten op Reddit. Daarbij blijf je steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen in paid advertising. Kortom, jij houdt nooit op met bijleren en jezelf ontwikkelen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Op het hoofdkantoor in Delft werk je samen met ongeveer 30 directe collega's en nog eens 50 marketeers en creatives wereldwijd. Van België tot Brazilië vormen jullie over 11 landsgrenzen heen de ijzersterke, TOPdesk-brede marketingafdeling.

Je wordt onderdeel van onze internationale Growth & Commerce (G&C) afdeling, in het domein 'Inspire'. Dit domein bestaat uit meerdere multidisciplinaire scrumteams, ieder met hun eigen doelen en KPI's: Team Brand Awareness (BAT), Team Funnel and Experience Optimization (FOX) én jouw Team Demand Optimisation and Experience (DOG). Elk team binnen G&C gebruikt de kanalen die het best passen bij het halen van haar doelen, bijvoorbeeld campagnes, sociale media, evenementen, webinars en/of paid ads. Je collega's zijn experts in online marketing, design, copywriting en webdevelopment.

Ben jij onze nieuwe Paid Social Performance Marketeer?
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Marketing.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met LinkedIn Ads en Meta Ads.
- Je bent analytisch en gek op cijfers.
- Je kent je weg in Google Analytics 4.
- Je houdt van nieuwe dingen leren en experimenteren: jij bent continu op zoek naar verbetering.
- Je hebt ervaring met lead generatie.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Engels.
