The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing assistance with product installation and configuration.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a technical support role.
They should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
