The internship


To support the Change Campaign for a truly global program, we have an exciting open position in the Change Management team The cross-functional program, led by the procurement function, will enable our colleagues all over the globe to adopt new procurement processes and tools that will drive efficiency within the business.

In this internship you will be responsible for creating sound content to support the Program Change campaign

  • Draft preplanned and execute compelling communications content for internal distribution globally
  • Support with onboarding Operating Companies around the world with the Change and Communications strategy
  • Support in the distribution of internal surveys to measure and translate the data into communications materials
  • Support the implementation teams in their overall communication journey

The department

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 2 September 202
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • It is a practiceoriented internship
  • You will be based in BASE Office, Schiphol
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 (wo & hbo) gross pm based on fulltime
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internship
Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • You are highly motivated and passionate about creating sound content and communications
  • You take up the challenge to quickly master our tools and to find out new ways of virtual collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a cando mentality

You are enrolled at an educational institution.

In the case of non
EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.

In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.

Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing.
