Met vestigingen door heel Nederland zorgen zij voor een volledige dekking voor zowel voedselproducenten en -fabrikanten, als supermarkten, foodserviceproviders, importeurs en exporteurs, en andere voedselverkooppunten.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je werkt 3 dagen per week in Barneveld en 2 dagen per week werk je in 's-Gravenzande.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Financiële boekhouding:
    • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen voor verschillende BV's en het beheren van Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams;
    • Beheer van vaste activa en berekening van afschrijvingen en daarnaast het afstemmen van de maandelijkse balansrekeningen;
    • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van financiële controles en het onderhouden van aansluiting tussen US en Dutch GAAP GL rekeningen.
  • Rapportage en naleving:
    • Opstellen van maandelijkse financiële managementrapporten en het bijwerken van Hyperion FM gegevens en mapping tabellen;
    • Analyseren van oude debiteuren rapporten en het voltooien van BTW-aangiften en statutaire jaarrekeningen;
    • Contact onderhouden met externe accountants en HR en daarnaast zorgen voor naleving van de salarisadministratie.
  • People Management:
    • Beheren van Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams en het stimuleren van verbeteringen en ondermaatse prestaties aan de kaak stellen;
    • Ondersteunen van ad-hoc verzoeken van het management.
Functie-eisen

Heb jij ervaring als Financial Accountant? Beschik je daarnaast over sterke rekenvaardigheden en heb je oog voor detail? Kijk dan snel verder of je in het profiel past.

  • Je beschikt over kennis van bedrijfssystemen en financiële werkmethoden;
  • Je hebt kennis van boekhoudkundige principes, Nederlandse en US GAAP;
  • Je hebt kennis van financiële wetgeving;
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en kunt kalm blijven onder druk;
  • Je hebt een Bachelor in Finance, Accounting of een verwant vakgebied.
