De positie Als Head of Finance & Administration ben je in deze nieuwe positie een co-pilot voor de Finance Director. Je hebt een leidende rol in de professionalisering en modernisering van Finance & Administration èn de ontwikkeling van het team (20fte). De afdeling Finance & Administration is de backbone van de organisatie en houdt zich bezig met asset & cashmanagement, in- en externe compliance, interne controle en financial control & reporting. In deze rol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van de financiële processen, maar ook voor het stimuleren van een cultuur van continue verbetering en proactieve betrokkenheid bij de performance van het bedrijf. Er liggen veel kansen voor de verbetering en ontwikkeling, van mensen, processen en systemen. Vereisten- WO geschoold richting Accountancy;
- Minimaal 8-10 jaar werkervaring, waarvan minimaal 4 jaar in een managementpositie; het van A tot Z kunnen doorgronden van een boekhoudkundig proces;
- Aantoonbaar trackrecord in het leiden van een transitie op het gebied van mensen, (financiële) processen en systemen;
- Een basis van enkele jaren binnen een accountancy organisatie is een pré;
- Ervaring in het leiden van een ERP implementatie;
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
