Health and Safety Manager

In deze rol ontwikkel, implementeer en onderhoud je veiligheidsprotocollen, management systemen en kwaliteitsplannen, zodat onze noodstroominstallaties zelfs tijdens de grootste stroomuitval blijven functioneren alsof er niets aan de hand is. Je werk leidt tot beter risicobeheer, verhoogde efficiëntie en een positieve impact op de samenleving en het milieu.
Handhaving van SHEQ-normen: Voer risicobeoordelingen uit om continue verbetering te stimuleren en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor certificerende instanties, inspecteurs en overheden.
Naleving van EcoVadis-normen: Ontwikkel beleid en documentatie binnen Milieu, Arbeid en Mensenrechten, Ethiek, en Duurzame Inkoop voor een duurzame energietoekomst. Alsmede het verlenen van ondersteuning m.b.t invoering van Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
Training en Veiligheid: Train teams in de nieuwste veiligheids- en milieuregels zodat iedereen vol energie aan de slag kan binnen een veilige werkomgeving.
Effectieve Communicatie: Zorg voor duidelijke communicatie en deel voortgang om samen te werken aan een betrouwbare energievoorziening
Veilige Werkomstandigheden: Garandeer veiligheid in de fabriek en op locatie, en organiseer overleggen op operationeel niveau
Milieubewustzijn: Bevorder duurzame praktijken en energiebesparing binnen teams en het gehele bedrijf.
Noodprocedures: Implementeer noodprocedures en waarborg veiligheid tijdens service en projecten.
Regelgeving Naleving: Zorg voor naleving van lokale, nationale en internationale regelgeving en leid audits om naleving te bevestigen.
Incidentanalyse: Analyseer incidenten en (bijna) ongevallen en begeleid de implementatie van correctieve en preventieve maatregelen.
Verandertrajecten: Begeleid en implementeer verander- en verbetertrajecten en vergroot het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.

~ Een mvk/hvk diploma, milieu- of veiligheidstechniek of aanverwante (technische) gebieden.
~5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, inclusief ruime ervaring in draagvlak creëren en samenwerken met service en projectteams.
~ Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
~ Kennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen specifiek gerelateerd aan de productie en installatie van technische systemen.
~ Bereidheid tot reizen tussen de productielocatie en verschillende project en service sites.
