Besides co-development and adaptation projects, we're working on our own original IP projects.1. Role overview
As our Head of Art, you will manage and mentor our art team composed of artists from various disciplines: 2D Art, 3D Art, animation, and technical art.

3. Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and grow a multidisciplinary Art team: define the visual targets and supervise the creation of art assets for a variety of exciting projects (different genres and different platforms).
- Keep a longterm view of the Art Team projects' needs and provide solutions concerning pipelines and software.
- Support the Art Leads to ensure that Art quality is maintained and improved.
- Review your team's work and provide positive/constructive feedback to identify and resolve any issues related to art production.
- Spread consistency in work practices within the Art Team.
- Make sure the work practices are regularly reviewed and improved, when and where needed.
- Be the spokesperson for the Art team.
- Regularly update Senior Management on the status and progress of production, reporting potential issues.
- Participate in meetings with multidiscipline stakeholders and champion the Art team's requirements and needs.
- Collaborate with Producers and HR to identify and resolve art workflow and staffing issues.
4. Knowledge & Experience
- 3+ Years of experience as an Art Outsourcing Manager, Art Manager or Art Lead within the field of game development.
- 5+ Years of experience in the games industry.
- Experience with a range of production tools (Jira, Miro, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools used to create art assets (Maya, Photoshop, Blender, Zbrush, etc.).
- Assign and manage individual tasks, track them on a daily basis, to support Producers.
- Make sure that projects meet deadlines, deliver products of required quality, within the allocated budget.
- Define a highquality vision for AAA Art production work practices and follow up on their implementation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Selfmotivated and selfsufficient profile.
- Experience with driving and supporting artists across various art disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to identify workflow issues and propose solutions.
- Committed to raising the bar for the Art Team.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and Art culture.

- Shipped AAA titles as a Studio Art Manager or equivalent.
- Experience developing games from existing IPs/Franchises.
- Basic knowledge of game engines (ideally Unreal Engine).
