Who we are looking for

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in French, excellent communication skills and teamwork are crucial. Motivated to embark on a new challenge, you handle tight deadlines with ease and maintain an organized approach. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office and ideally MAPICs, is essential.

In addition:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Prior experience in similar roles
  • Reside in the vicinity of Bladel
Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in French, you oversee orders from initiation to delivery. Ensuring customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Handling order reception and processing any special requirements as necessary. Scheduling orders based on production capacity, addressing any special needs internally, and updating customers accordingly. Managing order changes, monitoring progress, and providing shipping dates while remaining accessible for customer inquiries.

Location
